Preparation Steps

Start by heating the broth in a saucepan and keep it warm on low heat. While the broth heats, season the salmon with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side until it’s cooked through.
